Tracie Seebold, Founder
Our Founder, Tracie, has been working in people development since 2006. Prior to this she spent 17 years in large blue-chip organisations where she held senior roles to board level in the UK, Australia and Asia.
She holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages, a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, and is a qualified Coach (PCC) and a lifelong learner.
Tracie’s personal aim is to bring more learning to more people in more companies, so that everyone has an opportunity to shine.
Our team
We have some of the best coaches and facilitators out there who bring a wealth of experience to all that we do. They expertly lead your people through the process of positive change via our online courses, masterclasses and our in-person bespoke learning programmes.
We also have brilliant people behind the scenes running our operations, our finances and our technology. They are all playing to their strengths whilst working together to help Elevate People achieve its mission.
