Welcome to the course!
Hello everyone,
A big welcome to Elevate People Academy and to our coach-led course of Resilience. We hope that your learning journey over the next 6 weeks is positive and rewarding and, as well as being enjoyable, contributes to your personal growth at work.
Our aim is to equip you with tools to add to your Resilience tool kit, to connect and learn with others and to apply what you learn to your reality. We always start with the belief that the participants on our courses are already fabulous! Our aim is to build on that further by helping you make steps towards better.
We have designed our courses to be flexible so that you can work at your pace each week – completing each module in bite-size chunks or all in one go. Importantly, we have designed them so that you can apply what you learn in your context by setting intentions and actions to integrate the tools into your work as you go along.
It’s a cliché, and you really will get out what you put in. We hope that you make time to prioritise you and your development. Without development we will stagnate, and with it we can grow and thrive.

All the activities that you do throughout the course will be completed in an editable pdf workbook. Here it is:
A few things about the workbook:
- Save it. You will need to save it to your computer where you will have access to it long after the course ends.
- It’s Interactive. It is fully interactive so that you can complete the activities in the space allocated. Alternatively, you can print it out and complete it by hand.
- There are extra pages. If you want to write more than the space allows, there are additional pages at the back of the workbook.
- Navigate via the Contents page:
- When you move from the Academy to the workbook you can get to the relevant activity by clicking on that activity on the contents page
- At the bottom of every page there is a link to take you straight back to the contents page
